The Seed Program

The Seed Program

The Seed Program guides participants in building deep empathy with the communities and the individuals they engage with by: creating ideas designed to foster new solutions; planning and testing their solutions; and finally, implementing their solutions in real-world situations.

Awareness

Family & Community Engagement

We work with grassroot organizations, youth programs, and school districts to develop a culturally-relevant, locally tailored, multidisciplinary effort dedicated to engage, empower and support parents to advocate for their children with educational staff and policymakers.

Prevention

Youth Ethics Club

Youth in-school or out-of-school participate in discussions of real-world ethical issues to learn how to engage with others through civil dialogue in a positive, ethical manner and learn ways to know and implement moral reasoning skills to become positive change agents in their community through outreach events.

Intervention

Youth Diversion Program

The Seed Diversion program provides an option within the juvenile justice system to empower voices, hold offenders meaningfully accountable, and reconnect communities.
